Healing Wave, Life’s Frequency grew out of lived experience and a commitment to fundamentals — not trends, theories, or quick fixes.

For years, I used PEMF and other supportive modalities consistently. They made a real difference in my health and became part of my daily life, and they still are. During that time, the biofeedback from my PEMF system showed very little change. I accepted what I was seeing, and over time, I stopped paying close attention to it. It became my norm.

What has always guided my approach to healing is a simple principle: blood and cells matter first — what I call the fundamentals of life. Without proper circulation, oxygen delivery, and cellular support, the body struggles to improve no matter what else you try.

Life is in the blood. 🩸

That understanding is what led me to add iHeRQles — intentionally and thoughtfully — to support the blood and help red blood cells function more effectively. It aligned with how I already understood the body: start with the fundamentals.

After adding iHeRQles alongside PEMF and my existing modalities, my biofeedback began to change for the first time — and that got my attention. Before that point, it had stayed the same because my nervous system was stuck in a constant stress response — essentially fight-or-flight — which limits the body’s ability to change or recover.

When the biofeedback finally changed, it mattered because it showed my nervous system was beginning to recognize and respond again, the way it’s meant to.

That change caused me to pause and look more closely at what I had long accepted as normal. Only then did it become clear that the earlier flatline wasn’t simply “how my body was,” but a sign that my system had very little movement.

Movement mattered to me because when the body stays stuck in fight-or-flight, it’s focused on getting through the day, not repairing or recovering — and that’s where real progress stalls.

The insight came from seeing a clear difference where there had been none before.

Today, Healing Wave, Life’s Frequency is grounded in that experience. When I talk about foundations, I mean the basics that keep the body working at all — blood flow, oxygen delivery, and how well cells are supported. If those basics aren’t there, nothing else works the way it should.

It’s like washing in muddy water. You can add supplements, clean up your diet, journal, exercise, or try the next “right thing,” but the results are limited. It’s also like building a house on sand — you can keep adding more, but without a solid foundation, nothing holds the way it should.

Biofeedback (through my PEMF system) is one way I observe patterns, plateaus, and meaningful shifts — not as a diagnostic and not as proof, but as a tool for awareness. Seeing objective change after almost a decade of stillness reshaped how I understand healing, both personally and in the work I share with others.

Healing Wave, Life’s Frequency reflects what I’ve lived, what I’ve observed, and what I continue to pay attention to. This is the lens through which I understand health.
